(EEI) was incorporated in November 1991 with its principal headquarters located in Indian Trail, North Carolina and a satellite office in Atlanta, Georgia.  Over the years EEI has grown its operations to include completing projects in Alabama, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, and Puerto Rico.  EEI’s project experience includes all phases of design, permitting, and construction administration for commercial, residential, institutional, solid waste management and health care development.  EEI provides the full-service civil design, land surveying, materials testing and construction administration towards your project to make it a success.
