Eagle Property Capital (EPC) is a real estate investments firm engaged in the ownership, acquisition management and disposition of multifamily apartment properties, throughout the Southern United States, on behalf of institutional and private investors.  

EPC and its affiliates comprise an operating platform that provides real estate investment management services focused primarily in adding and creating value to Class B and C multifamily properties through reposition, renovation, release and recapitalization.

In addition to managing pooled and separate accounts, EPC offers customized real estate investment management services to institutional and qualified private investors seeking exposure to multifamily properties in EPC’s target markets.  

Since 2011, EPC has acquired 19 multifamily residential properties in Florida and Texas containing close to 4,400 apartment units.  EPC’s current portfolio contains ten properties, with close to 2,500 units.
