The Early Assessment and Support Alliance (EASA) is a mental health care network of early intervention programs in Oregon focused on youth who are experiencing their first episode of psychosis. It targets individuals aged 12 to 25 whose first psychotic experiences have occurred within the past year, providing information and support to help them continue with school, work, and daily life. The network operates across 19 counties in Oregon and is based in Portland, Oregon. EASA's clinical teams aim to identify psychosis early, establish a respectful relationship, and deliver comprehensive assessments of medical status, strengths, goals, and needs, along with stabilizing symptoms and living circumstances. They seek to preserve family and informal support while helping individuals and families develop skills and social supports for long-term management and a smooth transition to ongoing community services.
