EarthBalance® is a 100% employee-owned ecosystem restoration and environmental consulting firm providing services to the government and private markets throughout the Southeastern United States and U.S. Virgin Islands.  EarthBalance® considers safety our primary company-wide goal.  We are a “safety first” company and have an excellent safety rating with an Experience Modification Rating (EMR) of 0.75. We provide in-house training programs on field safety, equipment safety, and non-native plant identification. We require and track mandatory daily tailgate safety meetings for every project.  With a $20 million aggregate bonding capacity, we can complete both small- and large-scale projects.
  
EarthBalance® provides material and services to restore and protect land with native habitats, including wetlands, uplands, shorelines, and other lands regulated for environmental protection.  We mobilize our well-trained workforce, specialized equipment, and plant material under professional supervision and strict safety standards.  Our team consists of several environmental scientists with expertise in federal permitting and protected species surveys, as well as designing and implementing ecosystem restoration projects.  

EarthBalance® goes beyond traditional landscaping to deliver exceptional results.  We also provide services in native planting, commercial landscaping, golf course enhancements, stormwater ponds, habitat restoration, exotic/invasive plant removal, mangrove trimming, mitigation, erosion control or shoreline stabilization, and lake maintenance.
