East Bay Community Action Program is a private, nonprofit organization based in Riverside, Rhode Island, focused on delivering health and human services to help individuals reach their full potential. In 2025, Dr. Jennifer Raney was named the medical director, reflecting ongoing leadership changes within the organization.
