There is comfort in knowing where your food comes from, and our unique approach towards this element of sandwich creation provides a lasting impact on our communities. 

Our model is simple - yet necessary: From the farm to the store, we work with partners, suppliers and farmers that we know and trust. We make our food from scratch every day, using house-roasted meats and whole produce, inspired sauces, and pair them with one of our Parisian style baked breads.

As East Hampton grows, we’re dedicated to working with the right people. We’ve built a family of 200+ hardworking individuals who care about developing future leaders and spreading culinary beauty throughout the world. We turn our new neighbors into sandwich addicts and friends. We’re building a company that connects to local neighborhoods and leaves communities better off than we found them.
