Eastern Construction was established in 1951 and has earned a reputation for completing a variety of significant projects, on time and on budget, while maintaining our corporate philosophy of professionalism, integrity, and collaboration.  Employing approximately 120 construction professionals full-time, Eastern is capable of undertaking a volume of $250 Million per year in the commercial, education, hospitality, retail, entertainment/gaming, healthcare, high-rise residential, and industrial segments.  The company offers expertise in three key areas: adaptive re-use of heritage structures, high-performance sustainable buildings, and tall wood structures.  Automated construction management process is enabled by tools such as Building Information Modelling (BIM).  Through this experience, Eastern Construction has developed the skills, techniques, methods, and expertise that spans all contract models with a particular emphasis on collaborative project delivery methods such as Construction Management, Design-Build, and Guaranteed Maximum Price.

The corporate Health & Safety program of Eastern Construction has been formally audited, reviewed, and COR certified by Infrastructure Health & Safety Association (IHSA).
