Ecclesial Schools Initiative is a small organization in the primary and secondary education sector that partners with local congregations to establish Christian schools. It collaborates with churches that have a vision for Christian education and ministry in their communities, making use of underutilized spaces during weekdays. The organization takes responsibility for every phase of a school project, including design, student recruitment, faculty hiring, day-to-day operations, administration, and teaching and learning.

Congregations contribute cultural resources for Christian formation and physical facilities that support financial accessibility, while church leaders sit on the advisory committee to maintain communication with school leadership. Based in Oviedo, Florida, the organization operates with a small to mid-sized staff and serves faith communities seeking partners to run Christian educational programs.
