It has developed a substantial footprint in residential construction and civil works, with notable high-rise projects in Spain, the Middle East, Latin America, and North Africa. The company operates through lines focused on Infrastructure and Building, Real Estate Development and Land Management, and Energy and Industry, reflecting a diversified portfolio across engineering, construction, and related activities. Its Real Estate Development and Land Management activity has promoted and built more than 30,000 homes and maintains a land bank of 17 million square meters in areas with high demand, with a planned delivery of around 3,000 homes through 2024.
