At Ecommerce Sales Partners (ESP) it’s our mission to help home furnishings brands seamlessly adapt their distribution strategy to meet consumers where they shop, with a focus on online distribution. Based in Greensboro, NC, ESP was founded in 2018, providing channel development, sales agency, consulting and new business development services for manufacturers and suppliers focused on the eCommerce distribution channel. 

ESP founding represented a transition to a new, more focused identity for Strategic Marketing Solutions (SMS), a sales agency and management consulting firm founded by Ron Carpenter in 2008 firm based in Greensboro, NC. SMS served manufacturers, retailers, and suppliers in the home furnishings industry, providing ECommerce Channel Development and Management, New Business Development, Strategic Market Analysis, and Consulting Services. SMS represented Palliser Furniture, ART Furniture, Casana Furniture, CR Plastic Products, and Kalora Interiors in marketing their products to the pure play ECommerce channel.
