For both new and existing buildings, we take a comprehensive approach to customize solutions ranging from cutting-edge technology in renewable energy and integrated systems to simple passive techniques for energy, water, and resource conservation to optimize results that fit within the projects parameters and goals. As a LEED educator, Ecoreal specializes in applying those strategies to the LEED 2009 green building rating system to augment synergies that attain points to reach targets and qualify for incentives. Through years of experience on local and international master-planning and commercial projects, Ecoreal has a repertoire of resources and knowledge that streamlines the process to meet the client's goals. As the in-house green consultants for the Oregon Association of Minority Entrepreneurs, community, equity and people are always in mind, and we apply that principle of equity to benefit our clients and the bottom line.
