Edge offers over 10,000 square feet of fitness with views of the Channel Islands Harbor from all work-out areas. Free weights, strength training machines, cardio theatre with treadmills, life cycles and ellipticals. The club offers a variety of group fitness classes in two separate waterfront  clean, private areas; the spinning studio offers some great cardio classes and our mind and body studio is where we conduct some great yoga, pilates and tai chi classes. Edge offers both wet and dry member lounges that  include reading areas, a tanning bed,  steam room, sauna, showers, towel service, personal care products, and private lockers.
