At EDGE, we strive to provide a space where young professionals and seasoned leaders alike can bring their whole selves, be open and honest about their struggles and successes, and have a community that meets them right where they are. Our EDGE Groups are designed to be the space for whole-person development while connecting generations in meaningful mentoring relationships.

Through an application process, we pair a group of five to seven mentees with one mentor and together, they navigate their walks in personal growth, career development, and faith. And with EDGE being a virtual experience, you can experience the power of mentoring from anywhere.
