Edgewood Management is an SEC registered investment adviser originally formed in 1974 as a family office providing asset management services to family groups and substantial net worth individuals. Edgewood currently manages assets on behalf of individuals, family groups and institutions including endowments, foundations and pension plans.

We are 100% employee owned and we strive to provide the highest level of service to our clients.

The Edgewood team relies on stock selection in constructing a concentrated portfolio of growth companies it deems to be of high quality with moderate turnover over the course of a year. Using an investment horizon of three to five years, careful attention is paid to valuation, quality of earnings, strength of the balance sheet and cash generation. Edgewood is dedicated to providing the highest level of service and transparency in growing our clients’ assets over many different economic cycles.
