We have more than 30,000 undergraduate and postgraduate students. We also welcome over 6,000 international students annually, originating from more than 100 countries. 

We have 8 Schools: Arts and Humanities, Business and Law; Education; Engineering; Medical and Health Sciences; Nursing and Midwifery, Science and the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA). 

We deliver courses from our 4 campuses – Joondalup and Mount Lawley in metropolitan Perth; the South West Campus at Bunbury, 200km south of Perth, and our international campus in Rajagiriya, Sri Lanka. We also offer a comprehensive suite of online study options. 

We incorporate the oldest and most popular School of Education in Western Australia; the largest undergraduate Nursing program in the State; Kurongkurl Katitjin, our Centre for Australian Indigenous Education and Research; as well as the world-renowned Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA). 

ECU is one of only two Academic Centres for Cyber Security Excellence in Australia. And we are a lead partner in the $50 million Cyber Security Cooperative Research Centre (CRC), along with the WA State Government.
