Edu Music Inc Is a Bilingual , Music and Movement program that serves children of all ages, including those with special needs,
We are a D.O.E registered vendor and over the 11 years of our program we have developed a curriculum that not only helps developing children in their every day life skills but also has a positive effect on their emotional wellbeing. 
What makes our Program unique is that we combine aspects of Physical, Occupational and speech exercises all in one with a twist of Fun! Music Instruments are also introduced to develop  physical, social and life skills.
 
Music is used as a tool along with Music instruments to maintain and develop the following :
·      Gross motor  
·       Fine motor skills 
·       Fitness 
·       Speech and literacy
·       Cognitive and social skills  
·       Emotional well being 

Once a week a trained Edu Music Inc Facilitator visits your school  and conducts the following 30 minute Music and Movement classes which include : 
Introduction Activity -( Cognitive and social exercises) students  are encouraged to participate in singing their names , and welcoming their social circle  while exercising  rhythms, chanting ,improvising  and working on healthy ways of interacting with their peers.   
Focus Activity -( Speech and Fine motor)Series of Songs focused  on developing and maintaining fine motor skills ,Speech, and memory through Singing cappella , hand and fingers coordination and  following rhythmic patterns. 
Movement Activity -(Gross Motor- Physical  Fitness ) Students are encourage to dance  choreography with instruments and live music. 
Through out The Music and Movement Program different instruments are introduced : egg shakers, Sticks, tambourines, Stretch bands, stress balls  and many more instruments that serve as a tool for fitness through music. 
Relaxing  Activity (Emotional Well being) Music for a harmonies period to reflect and meditate - Focusing on Breath , Stretching exercises and relaxing.
