Education Leaders of Color (EdLoC) is a membership organization dedicated to elevating the leadership, voices, and influence of people of color in education and to leading more inclusive and sustainable efforts to improve education. Our aim is to dramatically increase the number of effective, values-aligned, third-way Black and Latino leaders in high-level positions in education and adjacent fields where they can be a transformative force in the lives of children, families and communities. To reach our goal, we focused on advancing values-aligned leaders of color, aligning our community to these values and aligned policies, and investing in our leaders through the Boulder Fund.

Our vision is to disrupt generational poverty by ensuring that low-income and underrepresented children have access to a high-quality education that enables them to become critical thinkers, have choices, capitalize on opportunities and secure continuing economic advancement.
