Edward B. Walsh & Associates, Inc. (EBWA) is a full service civil engineering design and land surveying firm located in Chester County, PA. Established in 1985, EBWA provides subdivision and land development design services for clients in the private, commercial and institutional markets. EBWA also serves as municipal engineers to a number of municipalities.

For nearly 30 years, we have been representing builders, developers, property owners and municipalities related to the civil engineering industry. EBWA has a wide-ranging portfolio of land development projects consisting of residential subdivisions, commercial office, retail and shopping center, automotive, 55+ communities, healthcare, schools, religious facilities, and private residences – in a diversified mix of municipalities throughout the Delaware Valley area.
