Located in Omaha, we assist clients and communities in Nebraska, Iowa and across the United States.  With extensive education experience, we are uniquely situated to meet the specific needs of education service providers, K-12 and post-secondary education institutions and charitable organizations with education-related needs and challenges.  Providing corporate governance advice to boards, we have successfully represented school districts clarify school finance structures, served as compliance counsel, we draft and negotiate agreements, and advise on all aspects of the pubic employer relationship (hiring, discipline, termination, and accommodations).  EEKLegal also provides clients with legislative and regulatory support, and conducts training for administrators, faculty, employees and students on a wide variety of issues.
