EIXSYS Healthcare System (EHS)

EIXSYS Healthcare System (EHS) is a not-for-profit, community-based Healthcare Center dedicated to bringing high-quality, low-cost healthcare to under-served communities that need it the most.  
EHS provides access to health care services to the underserved and assists in reducing the cost of providing such services to persons of lower socio-economic status.  All patients, regardless of income, insurance status, or race/ethnicity will be served in a patient-centered, culturally-appropriate environment with a continuing source of care.  

The Medical Center is led by teams of medical professionals committed to quality improvement that coordinates and integrates a patient’s care across multiple medical, behavioral, social, and other services, as well as helping patients understand their conditions and coach them on how to improve their overall health.  EIXSYS Healthcare System will provide comprehensive primary healthcare services as well as supportive services (education, translation, and transportation).  

FREE COMMUNITY CLINICS

EHS provides free, high-quality health care to Austin’s “Under-Served” communities on an ongoing basis through our Free Community Clinic Program.  The EIXSYS Free Open Healthcare Clinic Program is designed to bring basic healthcare services to communities that are least likely to have, and most likely to benefit from medical attention right now. This proactive and preventative care is vital to our fellow families, allowing them to lead healthier and more productive lives.  

The EHS Community Health Center is dedicated to improving the quality of healthcare for all citizens while demonstrating that this can be achieved while lowering overall healthcare costs.  We will provide thought leadership and implement technical systems and healthcare processes that will reduce administrative and clinical costs by building a modern delivery system for healthcare in our Center.
