The company established in March 2004 to spearhead the expansion of the El-Ad Group (www.eladgroup.com) into the Southeast United States. Elad National Properties ( Formerly the Elad Group Florida ) has expanded rapidly during our short history, from Southeast to several regions such as Mid Atlantic, Texas, Northeast and Midwest. Currently our Company has substantial presence in 9 states and amassed a portfolio of assets valued at $ 1.2 billion.

Acquired from national REITs and private real estate developers, our well-diversified portfolio of properties consists of 12,700 units ( a mix of 8,100 rental apartments and 3,000 condominiums for sale ), One million square feet of office,  commercial spaces and Condo hotel.

The company’s long term strategy is to focus and expand the expertise achieved in the Income producing Multi Family housing  market segment. The majority of our operation based on income producing and it is our goal to create diversification and growth in the 5 existing  regions to achieve profitability.
Our plan is to grow  through establishment of a JV structure with a well known financial institution. This will increase our margin ratio and improve substantially our debt to equity ratio.
