The placement process for hospital, agency, and geriatric professionals, as well as care givers and patients seeking long term care either as a transition from a hospital, assisted care, or home setting is time consuming.  Complexities of search for an appropriate facility with accurate availability increase with diverse care requirements and payment sources.
