Electro Controls, specializes in the sales, installation, service, and support of commercial HVAC Control and Building Management Systems. EC also offers a number of related HVAC services to compliment our control system installations.

Electro Controls provides turnkey installations of commercial HVAC Control and Building Management Systems including hardware, software, electrical wiring, and system commissioning. EC is a state licensed electrical contractor and employs a number of licensed electricians. By maintaining multiple local trade union agreements, ECI can quickly resource trained and qualified labor to meet demanding workloads.


Customer support programs include training, technical assistance, system analysis and consultation, energy management analysis, remote dial-up monitoring, database management, and system upgrades. Service capabilities consist of the start-up, preventative maintenance, and repair of commercial HVAC equipment including boilers, chillers, packaged unitary equipment, terminal heating and cooling units, and controls.


Testing, Adjusting, & Balancing services are provided on new construction projects as well as the rebalancing of existing buildings. These services are often provided in parallel to our control system installations in an effort to improve coordination, consolidate responsibility, and achieve optimum system performance.
