Electrohold is a Bulgarian energy utility group focused on power distribution, electricity supply, and wholesale trading across regulated and liberalized markets. Based in Sofia and part of the Eurohold holding, the company traces its formation to 2021 when Eurohold acquired CEZ Bulgaria via its wholly owned Eastern European Electric Company B.V.
