Chip McAteer and Jeff Pietrak founded Elevate Construction. They served as leaders for the Lehigh University baseball team and brought an identical team-oriented approach to the culture of Elevate. The two have been lifelong friends and have worked alongside each other in the construction industry for years. The Elevate team serves as the heart of our organization.
