In addition to having a professional property manager assigned to each property, we offer a 24-hour answering service and a full service maintenance staff that can repair any problems that come up.

Condominium/HOA:
• Elite Properties provides a full range of property management services that can be tailored to your unique circumstances, ranging from a full service management and maintenance agreement for larger complexes to a simple administrative services plan suitable for smaller associations.
