Hospitality Focus Specializes in design for hospitality and multi-unit residential projects, including hotels, condominiums, senior housing, and apartments. This presents a clear opportunity to pursue repeat MEP design work on hotel and apartment development pipelines, particularly where net-zero or all-electric strategies are valued.

Net-Zero Experience Extensive track record designing over 200 all-electric buildings and projects targeting Net-Zero. Positioning opportunities with developers pursuing energy-efficient, code-compliant, and utility-optimized building designs to reduce operating costs and meet sustainability mandates.

Financing Agility Experience with affordable housing and projects requiring Tax Credit Allocation or HUD financing. This niche capability can unlock tender opportunities tied to government-backed funding programs and incentive-laden developments needing specialized MEP planning.

Integrated MEP Cross-discipline training and integrated mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design capability. Selling point for firms seeking single-source coordination to streamline approvals, reduce clerical overhead, and accelerate project timelines in complex hospitality and multi-unit residential builds.

Growth Readiness Mid-market firm with a substantial project footprint and revenue in the tens of millions, suggesting capacity for larger engagements or multi-project frameworks with developers and architectural firms. Potential for expanding service proposals, retainers, and preferred vendor agreements as pipelines grow.
