Emerald Skyline Corporation integrates a holistic approach to developing and operating the built environment by advising and assisting developers, building owners, managers, tenants and other stakeholders in the evaluation, selection and implementation of sustainable strategies and practices.  We are devoted to the creation and implementation of sustainable facility solutions for office buildings, shopping centers and industrial, hospitality, health care, multi-family and mixed use facilities as well as other commercial properties.  The Directors of Emerald Skyline are senior business and real estate professionals that understand the social benefits derived from having a small carbon footprint, high occupant comfort and conserved natural resources must also accrue to the stakeholders through financial savings through reduced energy, operations and maintenance expenses while optimizing the return on investment and minimizing the pay-back period through minimization of the upfront capital requiremens while increasing marketability and asset higher values.

From conceptualization to retro-commissioning, Emerald Skyline will dedicate a Client Service Team, including the Directors of the Company, with the ability and experience to efficiently and effectively accomplish the sustainable project goals.  Our project team will include, as appropriate, architects, engineers, ecologists, environmental and interior designers, chemists, real estate and finance professionals and CPAs.
