Emergency Response Training Ltd (ERT) was established in 2002 with the purpose of providing high quality, cost effective, sector appropriate training solutions on a national basis, when and where our clients require it. The training service that ERT provides is facilitated by our own fully employed highly experienced approved trainers who have been or are emergency service professionals; nurses, Fire Fighters, teachers, health and safety specialists or pharmacists. Great care is taken when recruiting our staff to ensure the highest quality and calibre of training each and every time no matter the location. As a training company we ensure expertise is continually developed through regular assessments and the application of quality monitoring procedures, attending continual professional development (CPD) sessions by our clinical adviser and other specialists to ensure best practice and the highest standards of customer service. Our aim is to ensure that all our students are able to deal competently with both the theory and practical elements of dealing with real life situations. Our training is very thorough but we also aim to ensure our students enjoy the experience of learning. Emergency Response Training is pleased to announce it achieved runner-up position in the prestigious Doncaster Chamber 2014 business awards for “Excellence in Customer Service”.
