The Emerson Leadership Institute at Saint Louis University aims to develop and deliver education, professional development, research and community engagement programs that shape and enable ethical leaders.

Our team works with faculty from the Richard A. Chaifetz School of Business to curate training programs backed by leading research and industry best practices. 

A unifying tenet of all our programs is ethical leadership. From that perspective, we explore topics relevant to business leaders that includes: data analytics, compliance, product safety, corporate social responsibility, sustainability, financial analysis, human resource management, diversity and inclusion.
