Emotional Brain Training (EBT is a method based on neuroplasticity that empowers people to rewire how they respond to the stresses of modern nad prevent and treatment the epidemics of anxiety, depression, obesity, diabetes and the 70 to 90 percent of health problems that are caused or exacerbated by stress. The method was developed by health psychologist Laurel Mellin, PhD in collaboration with the EBT research team at UCSF.
