Empire Control Abatement is certified as Women-Owned Business Enterprise with Empire State Development, NYC Department of Small Business Services, NYC School Construction Authority and Dormitory Authority State of New York.

We are both a prime contractor as well as a subcontractor for various NY City and State Agencies and have worked for various Construction Managers and General Contractors. Empire’s staff has experience working in in all facets of the construction industry.  

Our workers are union certified tradesmen and are familiar with the stringent deadlines needed to complete all work and regulations necessary to complete the job.  In addition, we are members of the General Contractors Association, Subcontractors Trade Association and Environmental Contractors Association.   We are affiliated with Local 731, Local 1010, Local 14/15, Local 79, DC-9, Local 12A and  Local 78.
