Employers For Childcare is a charity and a Social Enterprise – our Social Enterprise trading activities include the UK’s only Social Enterprise Childcare Voucher company, providing recruitment services for childcare providers in Northern Ireland and High Rise family adventure centre in Lisburn. 100% of our profits from our Social Enterprise activities are invested in supporting the work of our charity.

Our vision is to make it easier for parents with dependent children to get into work and to stay in work – we seek to achieve this by addressing childcare as a labour market and an economic issue.

Our charity’s services benefit parents, employers and childcare providers and include:

•	Family Benefits Advice Service
•	Research
•	Lobbying on childcare and work-related issues.

High Rise is an inclusive and accessible family adventure centre which includes a Clip ‘n Climb indoor climbing arena, soft play and sensory rooms along with meeting rooms, a café and a specialist Changing Places accessible toilet. As well as attracting families, the centre is open to organisations and groups for room hire and other events and is available to hire for exclusive use for family fun days and other private events.
