Empowering People empowers, inspires and dignifies caregivers through education. Providing excellent nurse delegation services and caregiver training, we help home care aids and care-facility owners and managers deliver exceptional residential care.

Our education programs give caregivers the highest quality training in the courses required by the State of Washington for home care aide certification. In our nurse delegation program, nurses teach caregivers to perform certain tasks while under the supervision of a registered nurse. Empowering People nurses work side by side with caregivers and care-facility owners to ensure our clients receive the best care possible.
