EMS Group is a machinery manufacturer based in Montecchio Emilia, Emilia-Romagna, Italy. In 2024, EMS transferred its intellectual property to E2Pack, a company within the Bottero Group, which acquired the IP of five historic brands: Emmeti, Zecchetti, Mectra, Sipac, and Logik. E2Pack now consolidates the brands’ expertise to provide systems and services for handling, palletizing, packaging, and storage, with spare parts and technical support managed through its global service network operating from Montecchio and a branch in Clearwater, Florida. E2Pack’s work spans glass making, bottling, can making, food and PETFOOD, chemical and pharmaceutical, and general product handling systems. Its customer base comprises industries that require end-of-line and material-handling solutions, supported by international service coverage. In April 2026, E2Pack launched EASYROCK, an automatic pallet unwrapping system.
