Enapter is a renewable energy technology company based in Saerbeck, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany, focused on producing green hydrogen through electrolysis systems. It develops and manufactures devices that convert water and renewable electricity into hydrogen, with the aim of making green hydrogen affordable and accessible. The technology is built on a patented Anion Exchange Membrane process that enables flexible production across a wide power range, from small-scale installations to large facilities. More than 5,000 of these electrolyser units are deployed worldwide, supporting customers in over fifty countries across energy storage, industry, refuelling, power-to-x and research.

The systems are modular, allowing rapid deployment and scalable growth, and they include an Energy Management System Toolkit for integration and control, while avoiding reliance on Iridium. Enapter maintains a main office in Germany and operates an R&D and production site in Italy, with a mid-sized workforce.
