Endow is a global Catholic organization that educates women and girls through small, discussion-based groups anchored in Church teachings. Founded in 2003 and inspired by Pope St. John Paul II’s writings on the dignity and vocation of women, the group engages participants in guided conversations around key texts to help them discover and reflect on their God-given identity and purpose. The initiative operates in more than 30 countries and reaches tens of thousands of women, aiming to foster faith, community, and a deeper understanding of women's dignity within the context of Catholic tradition. Based in a religious institutions sector, Endow focuses on personal formation through collaborative learning rather than formal education, and serves women across various ages who seek meaning and guidance from Church wisdom.
