Enobytes (“Eno” – short for Enology: a science that deals with wine and wine making, & bytes: A unit of digital information) has been around since 1996. Back then, founders Marc Hinton and Pamela Heiligenthal provided consulting services for the wine and restaurant industry in the San Francisco area. Since then, the company has evolved radically. In 2006, the online version of Enobytes.com emerged as we expanded our services to educate and share our passion and knowledge of wine and food with our readers across the globe. Our motto is bridging the gap between consumers and wine industry professionals.
