Permanent mortgages are provided through Bellwether Enterprise, our mortgage subsidiary.  ECI develops affordable rental and for-sale housing, through its subsidiary Enterprise Homes. Asset management is offered by Enterprise Community Asset Management, Inc. Since its founding, Enterprise has invested $43.6 billion in housing and community revitalization, helped create nearly 585,000 homes and we have touched millions of lives. In fact, every day someone moves into a better place to live thanks to Enterprise. However, today ECI’s mission is more critical than ever.
