Established in 2004 , Envision Sport Physical Therapy and Pilates provides physical therapy and orthopedic rehabilitation to the Southern Orange County community. 

Our rehabilitation programs are focused around Pilates-based therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and one-on-one treatments. Our goal is to help our patients heal and excel beyond their highest physical potential. We aim to create an open, inviting environment and empower our clients with knowledge to continue on the road to an independent recovery.

In addition to physical therapy, Envision Sport also offers Pilates classes to the general public. Through small-group reformer classes, post rehabilitative classes, and senior Pilates classes, we help our clients achieve their goals of building healthy bodies.
