EOD Gear is a mission-driven manufacturing and prototyping company built to support Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD), Special Operations, and specialized security teams operating in high-risk environments.

Founded by a former U.S. Navy EOD Technician, EOD Gear bridges the gap between industry, academia, and the end user to rapidly prototype, manufacture, and field mission-critical tools and training devices. We specialize in taking real-world operational requirements and turning them into practical, field-ready solutions—fast.

Our in-house capabilities include rapid prototyping, additive manufacturing, CNC machining, laser marking, custom kitting, and small-batch to production-scale manufacturing. This allows us to support concept development, test and evaluation, and accelerated delivery cycles without relying on long external supply chains.

EOD Gear operates under ISO 9001:2015 quality management systems and holds GSA contract access, ITAR registration, Enhanced JPC/DD2345 authorization, ATF Federal Firearms License (Type 10 Manufacturer), and ATF Federal Explosives License (Type 20 Manufacturer). These credentials allow us to work directly with government, military, and approved partners on controlled and sensitive programs.
