Epic Gymnastics teaches children ages 18 months and up principles of success that will help them throughout their lives: such as dedication, perseverance, discipline, respect, goal setting, teamwork, and a strong work ethic. We help our students create a positive self image; As they are challenged they will gain confidence in knowing they can achieve even the most difficult goals. At the same time we teach important physical skills necessary for a healthy life such as strength, coordination, and flexibility in a safe and positive family environment using gymnastics as a tool to accomplish this.
