Epic Partners is a merchant banking firm focused on making private equity investments. Founded in 2001, Epic Partners provides capital and strategic resources to lower middle market companies. Epic offers a flexible investment approach with a wide range of financing structures including subordinated debt with warrants, preferred stock and common equity. We bring extensive experience co-investing with other private equity firms. We seek established businesses with experienced management teams and a solid operating history with growth potential. Our target portfolio companies have atleast $2 million of EBITDA, although we selectively consider companies with lesser than that. We have no maximum investment size as we have access to capital for investments of all sizes. We will consider both control and non-control, growth capital investments. We have been generalists across a variety of sectors including business services, healthcare and education sub sectors, though we particularly understand the education and training sector where we have historically made most of our investments.
