There are many different traits that make up emotional intelligence, but generally it's one’s ability to understand, empathize, and negotiate with other people. At EQ Recruiting we believe that emotional intelligence is one of the most important parts of the interview process and is one of the main things lacking in recruiting today. We put a heavy emphasis on relationships, culture, fit, and team with both the candidates and companies we work with. At EQ, we take the time to personally vet each candidate and get to know them on an emotional and professional level. We specialize in engineering and sales roles, but have contacts in every space!
