For more than 45 years, ESA has been preparing environmental documentation for a wide variety of projects throughout California in compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). Since 1969, the firm has expanded its services to include not only CEQA/NEPA compliance documents, but also specialty services related to cultural and biological resources, transportation planning, air quality/greenhouse gas (GHG), noise, and environmental hydrology; extension of staff and planning services; mitigation compliance monitoring and reporting; and other expert environmental review and reporting work.
