sprit de Core Pilates Studio is a boutique studio offering one-on-one sessions, duets, and trios on the Pilates equipment and on the mat for optimal results. We recognize that every student is unique and therefore requires an approach to Pilates training that is tailored to their condition and needs.

Our experienced instructors have developed their own array of specializations and teaching styles, and they will create an individualized practice for you that will help you achieve your goals. Their backgrounds as dancers, personal trainers, athletes, outdoor adventure enthusiasts, and ongoing students of movement, make our staff creative, well-rounded, and knowledgeable.

We can work with you to rehabilitate an injury, for pre- and post-natal health, for specific sports performance (golf, tennis, running, cycling, skiing, riding, to name a few), for general strength and conditioning, and for the senior population to help improve the quality and functionality of daily living. We also offer in-home Pilates sessions for those who prefer not to, or are unable to leave their homes.
