Espronceda Law has also created within its practice, a new philosophy and concept for its individual and small sized business clients. This is the Virtual Staff Attorney (VSA), designed for the small sized business that does not employ lawyers on staff, but would like to operate as if they do without the usual overhead associated with in-house counsel. With Espronceda Law’s Virtual Office concept our clients feel that Espronceda Law is by their side to handle their full range of legal needs.

Founding member Jennifer Espronceda is a lifelong resident of San Antonio.  She received her undergraduate degree with honors from Texas A&M University - Corpus Christi and her law degree from the University of Texas at Austin.  Having worked for a large, global law firm following graduation, Jennifer delivers business "know-how" with a results-oriented style that provides clients and colleagues with vision, creativity and leadership.
