Its clients include institutional managers running systematic quantitative strategies, fundamental managers pursuing quantamental or long/short approaches, macro investors, and volatility traders, who access data via a real-time API/FTP or a front-end analytics platform. The company is based in Hong Kong, Aberdeen on Hong Kong Island, and was launched in 2011. In 2021, Estimize merged with ExtractAlpha, an alternative data provider, reflecting a consolidation of data offerings.
