ETCS INC is an Engineering, Tooling, Components systems company headquartered in the Metro-Detroit area. As its name suggests, ETCS specializes in four distinct lines of business.

Engineering: This includes product optimization, manufacturing feasibility via CAE, stamping tool design, injection mold design, and fixture design. 

Tooling:  ETCS builds over a 100 stamping dies,  injection molds and fixtures a year. This includes tools of all sizes, many of which are made here in the United States. We also have tooling capabilities around the globe to keep cost competitive for the customers we supply. Even though these tools are sometimes produced overseas, they are landed, grained, modified, if necessary,  and bought off in North America.

Components:  ETCS supplies interior and exterior plastic parts and assemblies  
(Injection molded, up to 1000T).  Some parts ETCS has supplied include: door handles, air vents, seating for the automotive industry; appliances for the kitchen industry. ETCS also specializes in aluminum die cast and machined components for Powertrain.

Staffing: ETCS also assists OEMs & Tier suppliers with short term & long term contract labor.
