European Aluminium is a mid-sized Brussels, Belgium-based association that represents the European aluminium sector, bringing together primary producers, downstream manufacturers, recycled aluminium producers, and national industry bodies. It combines environmental and technical know-how with economic and statistical analysis, scientific research, education, and sharing of best practices, and it conducts public affairs and communications activities. Its objective is to advance aluminium's contribution to sustainable development while safeguarding and improving the industry's image, its materials, and their applications. Its members span the European aluminium value chain, and the organization acts as a liaison in government relations on their behalf. In May 2025, it announced changes to its executive leadership, appointing Matt Schicke to the executive committee and Guillaume de Goys as Treasurer.
